Lauren Seymour has been teaching from a young age of 14, starting up with assistant teaching and moved on to holding her own class at the age of 16. Lauren now has taught at numerous amounts of dance schools nationwide as well as many Dance Festivals and Conventions and is a main faculty member of the very successful studio, All Starz Performing Arts Studio. She uses all of her performance experience and training to build her extensive knowledge and passion, therefore passing this all on to the students she teaches. Lauren offers workshops in different dance styles including Lyrical, Commercial Jazz and Jazz Technique.
